About this Project

The Hilton Residences brief was to deliver a family orientated 3-4 Star complex comprising 28 self contained apartments suitable for families and groups of up to 12 people.

The site was a very steep north facing hillside above the Hilton Hotel and living areas and terraces to the apartments take advantage of this aspect and the spectacular views to the surrounding mountain ranges and to Lake Wakatipu.

Schist stone, sourced from a nearby quarry along with stained cedar are the primary cladding materials, paying tribute to the historical local building materials and to the unique landscape of Central Otago.
