We are excited to see some serious traction on Lichfield Street in Christchurch with the demolition of the Anderson and Stables buildings charging ahead in the wake of a CPU (Certificate of Public Use) being granted. Ballantynes will remain trading as Naylor Love demolishes the above ground buildings and removes them off site for re-use. It will be a few weeks before we see the diggers roll in to demolish the basement once the top structure has been removed. The construction of the new building will follow on from the completion of demolition works next year.
