Hereford Street Carpark is directly across from another Peddle Thorp office and retail project, the ANZ Centre, which is well under construction with tenants programmed to move in November this year.

"The lakefront Hilton is the Jewel - near yet wonderfully far from the tourist magnet that is Queenstown..... its lure is magnetic."

Peddle Thorp's 21 Queen Street (Zurich House) project is a Joint Winner of the Global Commercial and Industrial category and received a special mention from an international panel of judges.
The 2011 Re-Skinning Awards winners were announced at the U.S. Green Building Council's International Conference and Expo in Toronto.

The January 2012 edition of World Health Design reported on a current Peddle Thorp project in an article focusing on the health facility design environment in New Zealand and Australia. Margaret Garthwaite, our Health Services and Facilities Planner, was interviewed and commented on the politicisation of this highly challenging project, and the underlying principles which informed the briefing for this facility development.
The article described the recent trend to integrate several health services into one facility and included a short case study about the Integrated Community Health Centre in Golden Bay. This project was of national interest as it was the early forerunner of the Ministry's roll-out of the Integrated Family Health Centre concept. The client - a collaboration of the three service providers plus key members of the community - had begun this work several years earlier but required assistance to resolve fundamental service and design issues which were preventing them from progressing to full design documentation and construction. Peddle Thorp was commissioned directly by the Ministry of Health to assist in this way.
